Facebookの雇用担当者のダイアログですが、多様性を重要視しているだけでなく、行動重視といった形での主観性も重要視していますね。雇用時に人材の評価を単なる学位や経験だけでなく採用を決定しているのは少々驚きですね。

reflective of は「～を反映する」「～を映し出す」の意味です。

◇ biased toward

biased toward は「偏る」「偏重する」の意味ですが、必ずしもネガティブな
意味合いで使われるわけではありません。ここでは「行動重視になる」とむし
ろ、ポジティブな意味合いで使用されています。
